Production & Processing Times

One More Sidequest™ decks are produced in limited drops and shipped from our studio in Tallinn, Estonia.

For the February drop, orders will begin processing and shipping starting February 19.

Orders are packed by hand and processed in the order they are received. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:
🇪🇺 European Union countries
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
🇨🇭 Switzerland
🇳🇴 Norway

All orders are shipped directly from Tallinn, Estonia, using a reliable EU courier such as Omniva or DPD


Estimated Delivery Times

After your order ships:

  • Estonia: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of EU: 3–10 business days

  • UK, Switzerland & Norway: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.


When will my order ship?

Orders from the February drop will begin shipping starting February 19.

We’re a small team and pack each order by hand from our Tallinn studio. Tracking information is sent automatically as soon as your Sidequest leaves HQ.


Why is shipping different for this drop?

For this drop, shipping starts slightly later than usual due to a final packaging improvement to ensure the cards arrive securely and damage-free.

Future drops may ship sooner once all production and packaging is fully finalized in advance.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping during special launches or preorders.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 2 weeks of your order, contact orders@onemoresidequest.com and we’ll update you on your order status.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the courier but will do our best to assist with recovery or replacements when possible.

Due to the limited nature of each drop, returns may be restricted once production begins, except in cases of product defect or damage.
