Returns
At One More Sidequest™, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union, we also offer a voluntary 30-day return policy.
This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it;
- in its original packaging;
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@onemoresidequest.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- personalized or custom-made products;
- sealed products that are unsuitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons;
- gift cards.
If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase following the return process above. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by sending a clear statement to:

A standard EU withdrawal form is available on our website and may be used to exercise your right of withdrawal, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires.
After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Unless the item is defective or we have made an error with your order, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Once we have received the returned goods, or proof that they have been sent back, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund after we have issued it.
