What is The Sidequest Mail Club?
The Sidequest Mail Club is a monthly ritual, a physical letter that shows up at your (or someone else’s) door with a new story and sidequest to step into.
But it’s not just a letter.
Each one starts with a real story, something that actually happened, and turns it into a sidequest you go out and do yourself.
At the same time, people all over the world are opening the exact same letter. Reading the same story. Turning it into their own version of it.
Inside, you’ll find the letter, your sidequest, and occasional extras that make it feel like something worth keeping, not just reading.
It’s designed to interrupt your routine and give you something more meaningful to do than scrolling.
When will I get my mail?
Sidequest Mail leave our HQ every month on the 15th
Europe: usually 2–14 business days
International: usually 1–4 weeks
Every letter is packed by us in Estonia 🇪🇪
What countries do you ship to?
Sidequest Letters ship internationally 🌍 Yes, even to the US, Canada & Australia!
There are only a few countries we don’t currently ship to because we want to make sure your letter actually makes it safely to your mailbox.

What exactly will I receive?
Every letter includes:
- ✉️ A beautifully designed physical letter from one of our founders (Aisha or Reio, hi!)
- 🎲 A fresh sidequest inspired by the story (something real to go and do)
- 🎁 Extras like stickers, posters, or surprise inserts
Some months are simple. Some months have more going on, but every time, it’s something that feels intentional like it was made to be opened, not thrown away.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes, anytime.
If you’ve chosen a subscription, you can cancel or pause it whenever you want from your subscription management page.
What if I need to change the address?
No problem.
You can update the delivery address before the next shipment goes out from your subscription management page
What if I didn't get my letter?
If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it.
Shipping isn’t perfect, but we take responsibility for making sure the experience is.
If a letter gets lost or doesn’t arrive, just contact us and we’ll resend it or sort it out properly.
